Mary graduated from Ouachita Parish High School in Monroe, Louisiana. She also attended Northeast Louisiana University.
Mary worked at Central Bank as Customer Service Clerk in the Credit Card Department where she assisted customers. She became the assistant to the Senior Vice President of Credit Cards/Correspondent Banking. Her responsibilities included answering the telephone, typing, filing, answering correspondence and preparing reports. She corresponded with other banks concerning services that were offered to them. Mary also worked with senior management on various projects and assisted in preparing the departmental budget. She handled confidential matters such as reviews, salary, etc.
In December 1995 Mary became the assistant to the Vice-President of Operations. This consisted of answering the telephone, typing, filing and preparing reports. She served as liaison between the financial centers and main backup for the Money Desk and switchboard.
Mary then worked for Physicians Information Exchange as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer beginning January 1999. She managed accounts payable and receivable, city and state taxes for “PIE” and two other companies owned by the CEO.
She joined Allen, Green & Williamson, LLP, in July 2003 as Office Manager where she is currently responsible for preparing payroll, monthly and quarterly tax reports, new employee orientation, 401(k) Plan, United Way, and many other administrative office duties.
Mary is proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, WordPerfect 8, Lacerte, Quickbooks, and Palm Pilot.
Her hobbies include crocheting and hunting.
