Category:UncategorizedThe SBA issued an interim final rule incorporating revisions to the Paycheck Protection Program made by the American Rescue Plan Act. The new guidance also rules that entities that receive a Shuttered Venue Operators Grant cannot subsequently receive a PPP loan.
